Josh and Neisha met in 2019, and it did not take long to realise they shared the same drive: build something of their own. During COVID they launched an ecommerce store together that hit $250K in just over a quarter. The business ultimately did not survive, but the lessons in paid ads, conversion, and customer psychology were invaluable.
Josh had already tried starting an agency with another business partner, worked inside an agency, done real estate, and “everything but the kitchen sink.” That restless search for the right fit led them to freelancing on AirTasker in late 2021, picking up digital marketing jobs and growing organically from word of mouth. By early 2022 the demand was real, and Create & Grow Media became official.
The name was almost “CAG Digital,” but the ring was not quite right. The idea behind Create & Grow Media is simple: they Create things, they Grow things, through every channel that matters. Josh handles strategy, growth, SEO, ads, and the tech. Neisha leads branding, creative direction, social media, and client relationships. Together they cover the full spectrum without the overhead of a bloated agency.
That same philosophy led to the launch of the Create & Grow Academy, an education platform making quality digital marketing training accessible to small business owners across Australia. The long-term vision is a premium content and media studio with video, photo, and animation capabilities, all backed by proprietary AI-powered tools built in house.

With a three-year design degree and years of hands-on experience across ecommerce brands, Neisha is the creative force behind every brand identity that comes out of the agency. She leads branding projects from first concept through to final delivery, manages client relationships, and directs all visual content and social media strategy.
Neisha designed and built the brand identity, content strategy, and visual language for the Create & Grow Academy. She maintains brand kits for every client, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint from social posts to pitch decks. Her creative instinct is backed by data and research, not guesswork.
Outside the agency, Neisha is passionate about sailing, volunteers with Magic Moments and YLA Australia, and is an avid soccer and AFL fan. A strong advocate for youth development and mental health awareness, she brings that same care and personal investment to every client relationship.
